About Us

4AM is looking for a high-energy, personable, and camera-confident TikTok Shop Live Hosts to bring our skincare to life for our community in real time.

You’ll work closely with our team on brand voice and product messaging, to host engaging, informative lives that build trust with viewers and drive sales.

This is not a role about reading product descriptions off a script. You’ll educate viewers on ingredients and routines, answer questions on the spot, keep the energy up for hours at a time, create moments that make people stay and shop, and help shape what our lives look like as the program grows.

The ideal person genuinely loves skincare and loves talking about it: someone who can hold an audience, make every viewer feel seen, and turn real enthusiasm into real results. This role can be remote, provided you have a live setup that’s been reviewed and approved by our team.

What We’re Looking For

You’re likely a strong fit if you are:

• High energy and able to keep that energy up from the first minute of a live to the last.
• Naturally personable, the kind of person viewers feel like they know after a few minutes of watching.
• Completely comfortable on camera, including unscripted, real-time moments.
• Able to talk for hours without running out of things to say, keeping the conversation engaging even when the chat is quiet.
• Passionate about skincare and knowledgeable about ingredients, skin types, and product benefits.
• Quick on your feet when answering viewer questions, handling comments, and adapting to what’s happening in the chat.
• Comfortable selling without sounding salesy, and able to turn genuine enthusiasm into conversions.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, live shopping, and current beauty and skincare trends.
